1. Download the application form from the school website or
2. from the school in person
Submission date:
(Monday to Friday) 9:00a.m. to 1:00a.m., 2:00p.m. to 5:00p.m.
(Saturday) 9:00a.m. to 12:30noon
Except the public holidays
The interview date and time will be distributed on the submit date
