Methods of obtaining application forms(no quota)
Parents can obtain the application form from 1 September, 2026 through
1. Download the application form from the school website or
2. Obtain the application form from the school in person

The following documents must be prepared when submitting the application form:
☆ Original and copy of child's birth certificate (original only for verification)
☆ Original and copy of child's baptism certificate (Catholic only)
☆ return envelope, no less than 9 inches x 4 inches in size, and stamped with HK$2.4 stamp
☆ 2 recent photos (1.5 inches x 2 inches), for interview form
☆ Application fee $40 (cash only), regardless of whether the application is successful or not, the application fee will not be refunded.
Application of Kindergarten Admission Arrangement
1. Under the kindergarten (KG) education scheme (hereafter referred to as “Scheme”), the Education Bureau(EDB) uses the "Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission" as the document for registration. Each child who can receive education in Hong Kong will only be issued a registration document and all Scheme-KGs can only admit children holding a valid registration document.
2. Parents must apply to the Education Bureau for the "Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission" for their children from September to November.
3. The form could be downloaded from the Education Bureau(EDB)webpage Form - Application for "Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission" - Education Bureau and available at District Offices, Post Offices and Reginoal Education Offices of the EDB.
Interview Day Arrangement
* Our school will arrange interview for all applicants
* When parents submit the application form, they will receive a “Interview Form”, the relevant time is listed on it. The interview date is on 6 November, 2026
* Please bring the “Interview Form” for the interview.
* Please arrive at our school 10 minutes before the interview time, so that the applicants are familiar with the school environment.
* Group / individual interviews will be arranged
* Only one parent accompany your child during the interview.
* The scheduled interview time cannot be changed. No other arrangements will be made if you fail to arrive at school on time. Thank you for your consideration.
Arrangement for admission application of Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) children:
When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and / or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative / friend to facilitate communication.

1. Applicant's brothers and sisters who are now studying in our school will be given priority consideration

Notification of the admission results by post on 1 December, 2026.
Registration Arrangement
1. Parents are requested to register in person at our kindergarten during “Uni-registration date(4-9 January , 2027)” if the applicant have been admitted. The original of the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission/Admission Pass” must be submitted and the registration fee has to be paid to complete the registration procedues.
2. The registration fee for the 2027/28 academic year is HK$970. If the child is enrolled in our school, we will refund the registration fee in September.
3. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the RC / AP during registration, the KG may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the registration document to the EDB within the specified period.
4. If you wish to give up a school place at SACKG after completing the registration procedures, please inform us in written means at your earliest convenience. Upon receiving your notice, we will inform you to bring the receipt to the school in order to redeem the Registration Certificate. Please note that any paid registration fees will not be returned upon the guidelines from EDB. After the registration certificate is retrieved, the school will no longer reserve a K1 place for the child.
Wait-listed candidates:
Candidates will be contacted if there are vacancies after the registration stage.
Rejected candidates:
In late January 2027, parents might refer to the website of the Education Bureau, Regional Education Offices and telephone hotlines for ‘K1 Classes Vacancy Information’ to apply for a school place.
